Judy Davis is our General Manager of Corporate Services and a member of CatholicCare NT’s executive team. She is an experienced executive and general manager, with a demonstrated history of working in government and not-for-profit organisations across health, community and social services sectors in both Queensland and the Northern Territory.
Judy began her working career in health, eventually moving into the inter-related fields of public health, community development and social services. Possessing post graduate academic qualifications in Public Health and Organisational Governance, she is skilled in leading management teams to plan, implement and evaluate strategies that address identified need, deliver quality services and achieve outcomes that make a difference to the lives of individuals, families and communities. Judy has honed her skills in organisational governance over the past ten years through Executive positions and various Board roles. This has enabled her to understand the importance of strong corporate governance in building effective service organisations. In 2023, Judy moved into her current role as CatholicCare NT’s General Manager Corporate Services with a focus on leading our corporate teams to provide a robust resourcing framework that supports effective service delivery.
Judy is passionate about the work she oversees in her role at CatholicCare NT, relishing the opportunity to contribute to community and family wellbeing in ways that honour the strong and diverse cultures of the Northern Territory.
