Kim Moon - CatholicCare NT

Kim has recently returned to CatholicCare NT and is now the HR Manager.  Kim originally joined CatholicCare NT in 2009 as the Human Resources Administration Officer and over time progressed to the HR Manager position.  Kim moved interstate in 2017 and in 2019 returned to the Territory and to CatholicCare NT.

Kim has previously worked in hospitality, not for profit organisations, local and federal government in the Northern Territory, Queensland, ACT and Papua New Guinea.  She is skilled in Legal Compliance, Coaching, Workers’ Compensation Claims, Workforce & Change Management, and Strategic Planning.

Kim is passionate about educating, coaching and empowering leaders to create a positive and safe workplace.
