Melanie Timms - CatholicCare NT

Melanie joined CatholicCare NT in 2023 as the Property and Facilities Manager. She has over 20 years’ management experience in Infrastructure, Operational, Financial, Business Strategic Development, Human Resources, Compliance and Change Management.

Having previously worked in automotive, federal government, fuel distribution and multiple trade services-based companies, Melanie brings with her a wealth of knowledge in the construction and maintenance industry.

Melanie is a passionate manager who thrives on leading and working with great teams and creating innovative, economic, and efficient solutions. She see’s business opportunities and expands them to viable outcomes and increases stakeholder satisfaction. Melanie is a true problem solver and focuses on optimisation on all elements of an organisation which she is involved with.

Melanie holds a Bachelor of Business majoring in Management Accounting.
