The Housing Support program supports people who are facing eviction from their home or experiencing homelessness. We can help you develop the skills you need to maintain your tenancy. This includes knowing your rights and responsibilities as a tenant.
Who we help
We can help clients in NT Housing and clients who are leaving public housing to move into private rentals. We also help women and children escaping family violence and people with high-support needs.
How we help
A Case Manager will help you address any challenges you are facing with your tenancy. This includes accessing and maintaining safe and affordable housing. Case Managers help you to develop life skills and coordinate supports and referrals. They will advocate on your behalf with internal and external agencies.
What is the referral process?
Referrals can be received from Department of Housing and Community Development, other government agencies, community service organisations and people can refer themselves.
