Sally Pugsley - CatholicCare NT

Sally Pugsley is our manager of Housing Programs, moving from Tasmania to Darwin in 2025 to take up this role. Sally is based at our Crerar Road site and leads the Visitor Accommodation, Transitional Housing and Supported Housing Service. She also leads the Housing Support Program Case Managers and Lead Practitioners in Darwin, Katherine and Tennant Creek and Youth Outreach in Tennant Creek.

Sally brings more than 30 years of senior leadership experience across community housing, government, social services, and policy development, underpinned by a strong commitment to social justice, service quality, and systems that support people to live with dignity. Her professional journey has spanned national, state, and regional roles, with a consistent focus on improving outcomes for vulnerable individuals, families, and communities.

Outside of work, Sally values personal fitness, lifelong learning through travel, and maintaining balance through family and community.

Sally holds an Economics Degree with Honours from the University of Adelaide.
