Renae Santacaterina - CatholicCare NT

Renae Santacaterina joined CatholicCare in 2023 as the Work Health and Safety Coordinator. She has over 11 years of experience in the Work Health and Safety (WHS) field, working across Local Government Councils and the recruitment sector. Renae’s earlier career in hospitality management developed strong leadership and communication skills that continue to inform her people-focused approach to safety.

With a Bachelor’s Degree in Work Health and Safety, Renae is passionate about building safety awareness and capability across diverse teams. CatholicCare NT’s broad range of services and geographic reach across the Northern Territory and South Australia provide a dynamic environment where she enjoys contributing to continuous improvement and positive safety culture.

Outside of work, Renae enjoys walking along the Nightcliff foreshore, watching sport and spending time cooking or relaxing at home.
