Naomi Williams - CatholicCare NT

Naomi Williams began her career with CatholicCare NT in 2021 as a counsellor and quickly progressed into leadership roles, first as a Team Leader and now as the Family Relationships and Counselling Program Manager. In her current role, Naomi oversees the Counselling Programs, Berrimah Reception, and the Centralised Intake Team and its systems, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.

Darwin born, Naomi has a deep passion for supporting individuals and families through therapeutic care. Dedicated to creating a supportive and empowering environment, Naomi upholds the principle of unconditional positive regard for both participants and staff. She strongly believes that with the right support, anyone has the potential to grow and thrive. Her commitment to high-quality service and her compassionate approach continue to make a meaningful impact in the community.

Naomi values and leads with our CatholicCare NT Vision. She has a strong academic background, holding a Master of Counselling, along with Graduate Certificates in Loss, Grief and Trauma Counselling, Child Protection and Wellbeing, and Play Therapy.
