Kim has worked at CatholicCare NT since 2011 and currently serves on the executive as General Manager Quality Systems. Her position is responsible for managing the organisation’s accreditation processes and requirements, the controlled documents system, the client database system and provide input and support for quality systems throughout the organisation.
Originally from Melbourne, Kim’s background includes managing housing support programs, Indigo case management (multiple and complex needs initiative), youth programs and child protection.
Kim enjoys working for CatholicCare NT because she is aligned with the organisation’s values and enjoys working with like-minded, committed people who are curious and courageous. She also has an interest in program evaluation.
Kim holds a Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Social Work, Graduate Diploma in Adolescent Health, Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment, and a Master of Social Work.
