Kim is a member of CatholicCare NT’s senior leadership team in her position as Senior Contract Manager. Originally from Melbourne, Kim’s background includes managing housing support programs, Indigo case management (multiple and complex needs initiative), youth programs and child protection.
After completing an Arts degree, Kim decided to study social work because of her interest in social justice. She has a particular interest in accessible, safe housing as she believes without this, no one is able to address the other challenges in their lives. In Kim’s words, “a home is the foundation we all need in order to be our best selves”.
Kim enjoys working for CatholicCare NT, because she is aligned with the organisation’s values and enjoys working with like-minded, committed people who are curious and courageous. She also has an interest in program evaluation.
Kim holds a Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Social Work, Graduate Diploma in Adolescent Health, Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment, and a Master of Social Work.
