All the information that you share with a Centacare NT worker is confidential.  This means that your information will not be disclosed to others without your consent. 

CatholicCare NT has certain duty of care obligations.  Your information may be told to a third party when a worker has reasonable grounds to suspect that you may harm yourself or others or when there are concerns about the safety and well being of a child.

CatholicCare NT keeps file notes on each client.  These are kept in locked confidential files and your information is not stored on computer.  These files are eventually destroyed
